Named as it was first cooked by Chefs working on the Indian Railways in the 1900s to serve First Class passengers. Dices lamb, potatoes cooked with fresh spices. It has it’s own distinctive aroma from the flavor of mustard oil , fennel, whole spices, coriander etc.
